As you can see perfectly well from anothher angle. The Angel Of The North is a regular stop-off for us and a nice place to eat warm ham rolls.
This year was even better. After we made our photo-bombing debut at Piccadilly Circus in February there's no stopping us. Many families and couples take pictures of their loved ones posing like the angel....so we got in the background of as many of these poses as we could and joined in.
The trick is, obvs, to look directly into their camera and not at your accomplice who is taking pics of you invading their photo album. Such fun. Our best effort was on a family standing right at the base of the sculpture, posing. We carried out a perfect pincer movement and appeared perfectly in time, one from each side. Bazinga!
It was a fun road trip, but Murray the Miserable Cock was quite cold by the time he reached the border.
